The regatta — from entry to protocol

Coxed crews, heats, quarterfinals, semifinals and Finals A–K under the World Rowing Progression System; progression by place and by time, lanes and final rankings — no spreadsheets, no paper.

About

World Rowing rules — built in

The progression system is transcribed from the 2026 World Rowing rulebook and checked against its text on every build. Who goes to a quarterfinal, who to Final C and in which lane is computed exactly as at a World Championship.

Benefits

Everything a regatta needs

01

Crew entries

Clubs enter their crews and name the coxswain. Age, masters average age and mixed crew make-up are checked at once.

02

World Rowing progression

Heats, quarterfinals, semifinals and finals are built automatically: the first two by place, the rest by time.

03

Lanes by the rules

Best placings of the previous round in the middle lanes, equal placings by draw; crews through by place before crews through by time.

04

Dead heats handled

When an equal time decides who goes where, the system stops and waits for the Jury.

05

Masters

Categories A–M by the average age without the coxswain, finals by the number of lanes, medals for the winner of each final.

06

Timing

Times to hundredths, or thousandths from the photo finish when needed; an equal time is an equal place.

07

Signed protocols

A signed protocol cannot be changed: a correction is a new revision, history stays in the archive.

08

Protests under Rule 77

One hour to protest, a EUR 100 deposit, the decision is recorded; an open protest blocks signing.

09

Any device

Runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone; installs as an app on the home screen.

Every hundredth counts

Two kilometres — and sometimes a hundredth of a second decides who makes Final A. The system makes no mistakes in progression, lanes or protocols.

How it works

Four steps to the medals

  1. 1

    Announce

Create the regatta: dates, venue, events by boat class and entry deadlines.

  2. 2

    Collect entries

Clubs enter crews; the system checks age, gender and the coxswain.

  3. 3

    Run the races

Draw, control, timing — the system builds the next round itself.

  4. 4

    Sign and publish

Once the protocol is signed, final rankings and award sheets are ready.
